My Approach

With over 21 years of experience as a therapist, I speciaise in helping parents heal unresolved childhood wounds. I created the “Helping Parents Heal Their Childhood Wounds Programme,” a blend of evidence-based therapy and practical tools designed to address challenges in family relationships. This programme was inspired by my own journey, as well as the shared experiences and concerns of the parents and children I have supported over the years.

I am deeply committed to continuous professional development to provide the highest level of support.

My qualifications include:

  • BA (Hons) in Psychology and Counselling Studies

  • MSc in Psychology

  • Advanced Training in Family Trauma Therapy

Having personally faced and overcome childhood wounds of abandonment—masked by a need to rescue others and people-please—I understand how unresolved patterns can impact relationships. My mission is to help you break free from these cycles, rediscover yourself, and create a home where trust, respect, and joy thrive.

When Parents Heal, Families Blossom

I believe that when parents invest in their own growth, they transform not only themselves but their entire family.

My approach is compassionate, evidence-based, and tailored to your unique needs. If you are ready to do the work, here is what you can expect from my programme:

  • Enhanced self-awareness

  • Improved communication with your children

  • Greater emotional freedom and resilience

  • A more harmonious home with reduced stress

  • Confidence in setting boundaries and prioritising self-care

How I Can Help

As a mother, I have faced many challenges—struggling with over-involvement, worrying about my children’s choices, and tying my happiness to theirs. Without role models to teach me boundary-setting, I had to learn through trial and error. Through inner healing and self-awareness, I transformed my own family relationships. Now, I am passionate about helping other parents do the same.

Let’s explore how I can support you in creating the connection, peace, and joy you deserve.
